This week, the contestants had to create a "Chicken of the Sea" radio ad and jingle. Clint was the PM on Kotu and Annie was the PM on Athena. From the beginning, Brande and Annie were terrified to compete against Clint in a musical challenge. Annie wrote the jingle and Brande helped write the radio ad and she starred in the radio ad. She basically stayed in the background for the rest of the challenge (as usual). Clint wrote the jingle and Joan/Jesse wrote the radio ad- and they starred in it. When Clint performed the jingle, Joan asked him to speed it up to make it more catchy. Clint decided not to take her advice and he created a very slow country-sounding jingle. Annie's jingle was actually upbeat and it sounded pretty good. In the boardroom, trump let them know that Athena (Annie's team won). Annie celebrated by saying that "she wrote the jingle" and "she beat Clint". Trump had no choice but to fire Clint- FINALLY! Next he had Piers Morgan interview the final four candidates to help him select the final two. He called all four contestants back into the boardroom. He told Brande that Piers thought that it would be an embarrassment to the show if she was in the finals. He told Jesse that Piers didn't understand why he wasn't using his wife's money and celebrity friends to raise money for the show. Not to anyone's surprise, he fired Jesse and Brande, leaving Joan and Annie in the final two. My prediction is that Annie will win the show.

The Amazing Race 14 Ep 10 5/3/09
The racers started off on a "continuation" leg of the race. The first challenge was to search the streets and find a travelocity gnome. Jaime & Cara were in first place. They started off the leg complaining (as usual). Margie & Luke and Tammy & Victor were close behind. All three teams found the gnome, but on Margie & Luke and Jaime & Cara struggled to find a taxi. Tammy & Victor quickly found one and jumped into first place while Jaime started complaining about the language barrier. When they finally got in a taxi, she started yelling at the driver. Meanwhile, Tammy & Victor started the next part of the challenge which was to ride an electric bike to the road block. The road block was a choice between translating a Chinese food order and putting on make-up at the Chinese Opera. Tammy & Victor chose the translating challenge. Jen & Kisha, Margie & Luke, and Jaime & Cara all arrived within minutes of each other and they all chose the make-up challenge. Tammy & Victor completed that challenge quickly and moved on to the road block. When they arrived, they chose to U-Turn Jen & Kisha. The thought was that they couldn't out-run them in the end. When the other teams finished the make-up challenge, they all went right past the clue box and started searching the streets for the clue. Jaime continues to complain and yell at the locals. Tammy & Victor went on to the final challenge which was eating local street food (bugs, etc). They quickly finished that challenge and went on to the pit stop to become the first of three teams in the finals. Margie & Luke finally found the clue box back at the Opera House and they quickly completed the final challenge and came in 2nd. Jen & Kisha were the third team to find the clue box, but they had to complete the other road block since they were U-Turn'd. While they struggled to complete the other road block, Jaime & Cara finally found the clue box- but as usual, they struggled to find a cab. Jen & Kisha finally finished the 2nd road block and proceeded to the eating challenge. Jen really struggled with the challenge. she had to drink a gulp of water after each bite. Jaime & Cara arrived and quickly caught up with them. Jen & Kisha headed to the pit stop with Jaime & Cara shortly behind them. Jen started saying that she had to pee. When they arrived at the pit stop, Jen chose to use the bathroom before checking in!!!!!! Unfortunately for them, Jaime & Cara beat them to the pit stop and they secured the last spot in the finals! Jen made a million dollar decision to use the restroom! In that situation, you just pee your pants if you have to! Not only can you not swim, but you have no common sense! Those two girls should be ashamed of themselves. They stayed in this race time & time again by the skin of their teeth. They did not deserve to make it that far. They are not true competitors! Good riddance!

Hell's Kitchen 4/30/09
It was down to Paula, Andrea, and Danny. The first challenge was to cook for 100 of LA's finest chefs and they would select the best dish and the worst dish. Paula had the best dish and Danny had the worst. Paula's reward was a makeover and a guest appearance on the local news channel. During dinner service, each chef had a chance to run the pass. I can't really say who did the best because they all had different styles. Overall, the three of them had a good dinner service. Chef Ramsey asked the three of them to nominate one person for elimination. Andrea voted for Danny, and Paula and Danny voted for Andrea. Chef finally made a good decision and got rid of Andrea! Go, Paula!

Survivor Season 18 4/30/09
After last week's shocking vote, Coach and Debbie came back to camp in "scramble mode". They were completely kissing up to JT and Stephan. JT & Stephan did a good job making Coach and Debbie feel like they were safe. Sierra continued to get on everyone's nerves at camp. I'm not sure what goes on off-camera, but it's very clear that she must be a really annoying person. The reward challenge was a "guess who said it" challenge. To sum it up, it was made clear that Sierra is the "biggest loser" on the show. Stephan won the challenge and he selected JT and Taj to go with him. Erin went to Exile Island, so Sierra, Debbie, and Coach were left alone at camp. Coach and Debbie approached Sierra about an alliance and she said no. When JT and company got back to camp, Coach pulled JT aside and said that he doesn't trust Sierra because SHE approached HIM about an alliance. Meanwhile, Sierra pulled Stephan aside to tell him that Coach and Debbie approached her about an alliance. Stephan and JT were confused with all the lies at that point. Coach won the immunity challenge and once everyone got back to camp, all hell broke loose. Sierra decided to call Coach out on his lie about the alliance. Debbie started crying and Coach started squirming. It was classic! Throughout the entire episode I was saying you have to get rid of Debbie. She's really sneaky and she's aligned with Coach. At tribal, Sierra called Coach and Debbie out AGAIN and Coach proceeded to call Debbie a "catalyst" and then he started quoting a scripture about forgiveness. It was so bizarre- Coach style! In the end, the group voted out Sierra- she was just causing TOO much drama at camp. Based on the previews, it looks like Debbie's going to turn on her BFF Coach- told ya she was sneaky!

American Idol Season 8 Top 5 Elimination Recap 4/29/09
Before I get to the actual elimination... Jaime Foxx performed tonight. for all of you who weren't able to tell this: he can actually sing. Unfortunately, you couldn't hear that because he was using autotunes and his "hype man" was screaming the entire time... Anyway, tonight's bottom three was: Kris, Matt, and.... ADAM! What a shocker! what was even more shocking was that Kris was safe and Adam ended up in the bottom TWO! The crazy thing is- people never vote for the front runner. Once I saw that it was between Matt and Adam, I knew that Matt was going home- and he did... :(I know that he'll have a bright future ahead of him...

America's Next Top Model Cycle 12 4/29/09
This was the go-see episode and once again... two girls were late! I'm not sure why these girls just can't get this down!!!! Teyona won the challenge because she booked 3 out of 3 jobs. Fo and Celia were disqualified for being late. Nigel was the photographer on the photo shoot challenge which was a swimsuit challenge. Fo definitely did the worst because she kept doing weird poses. when they arrived at judging they found out that Fo booked 0 out of 5 go-see's, Celia booked 3 out of 4, Allison booked 1 out of 4, and Amina booked 2 out of 3. Allison and Teyona had the best photos. Fo and Celia had the worst (apparently they had a bad week). Unfortunately, Fo got sent home!!!! Once again-- the best looking girl will never win ANTM! It's pretty clear that Teyona or Amina will win!

Real Housewives of New York Season 2 Ep 11
This week, Bethenny went out on a date with a model. She tried very hard to convince herself that she didn't like to date attractive people, but give me a break- WHO DOESN'T LIKE TO DATE ATTRACTIVE PEOPLE...Alex & Simon finished their renovation and I must say- I was shocked to see that it actually turned out nice. I noticed that they did a "product placement" on the show with the GE Monogram appliances. Clearly, they got them for free due to GE Monogram's deal with Bravo (Top Chef). I'm still trying to figure out how they got the $ to fund that remodel. Everyone came over to see it with the exception of Ramona, of course.
Jill decided to be the mediator by bringing Kelly and Bethenny together to iron things out before her charity meeting. Unfortunately, that didn't work at all. Kelly acted like the meeting that they had a few weeks back never happened. She also cut Bethenny off every time she tried to speak. It was really bizarre. BUT, I did feel like Bethenny was being a little petty by saying that Kelly "hurt her feelings" by not speaking to her in the past. I think that two things need to happen: Bethenny needs to stop focusing on the past prior to Kelly being on the show... and Kelly needs to stop acting like an A List snob and using rude analogies.

American Idol Season 8 Top 5 Performance Recap 4/28/09
Tonight's guest mentor was Jaime Foxx because the theme was Ratpack Night. I was surprised to hear Jaime say that he'd work with Kris after the show because Kris is kinda boring to me. Once again, I thought that he did OK, but he didn't blow me away. Allison did good, but probably not good enough to keep her around much longer. Unfortunately, Matt was just OK again tonight. He really needed to do well, so I hated to see him do average. Danny blew me away tonight. He was awesome. BUT, hands down- Adam was AMAZING! I honestly feel that they can stop now because Adam has this in the bag!!!! I think that either Allison or Matt will go home on Weds. Probably Allison.

Heroes Season 3 Episode Recap "An Invisible Thread" 4/27/09
So much happened on this episode.. where do I start.HRG tried to save Angela and Claire by sacrificing himself, so he got captured by Danko's boys.
Sylar pretended to be Danko & started shooting at the agents making it appear that Danko went rogue, so the agents took the real Danko to Building 26, where Danko was reunited with HRG. Sylar decided not to kill Nathan, so when Claire arrived, he left Nathan in the bathroom while he and Claire went to "meet the President". Hiro started having issues with his power and he started experiencing nose bleeds. Hiro and Ando made it into Building 26 and freezed time which allowed Danko and HRG to escape from their cell. Hiro saved HRG by tranquilizing Danko. Hiro and Ando also rescued Suresh. Meanwhile, Peter saves Nathan and they both go to "take out" Sylar. Unfortunately, Sylar proved to be too strong for them. Peter escaped with Claire while Nathan unfortunately got killed! Angela found Matt at the bus station and made him go to Nathan's office with her because she had a dream that Matt would save Nathan. By the time they arrived, they found Nathan dead. Sylar made his way to see the President. When he got in the limo, the President turned into Peter (he had a chance to absorb Sylar's powers while they were fighting earlier) and Peter jammed a syringe into Sylar's head. Angela convinced Matt to somehow turn Nathan into Sylar, then back into Nathan (didn't understand that part). Matt was able to do it, so now Sylar is Nathan... The group went to the Coyote Sands to burn the body of the guy who shape shifted into Sylar that dies a few episodes back... The new Nathan tells the group that the President is willing to fund a new "Company" headed up by HRG. Next season should be interesting; especially since Peter has multiple powers again!

Celebrity Apprentice Season 2 Ep 9
Clint survives another week! This week the cast had to create a Right Guard ad campaign to appear in Sports Illustrated starring David Lee (Knicks). Brande was the PM for Athena and Clint was the PM for Kotu. Jesse and Clint clashed because once again, Clint wasn't listening to anyone's ideas. Clint decided to incorporate some of Jesse's ideas, but he only wanted to execute them "his way". Meanwhile on Athena, Melissa continued to be paranoid. She just couldn't past the thought that Branda and Annie were conspiring against her. When everyone arrived in the boardroom, Joan proceeded to call Annie all types of names AGAIN and Jesse attacked Clint. The whole thing was kind of a mess... Trump announced that Kotu one (to everyone's surprise). When Kotu went back into the boardroom, Melissa pretty much had a breakdown... It's sad because Brande was on her way out the door, but Melissa basically talked them into firing her! Once trump announced that she was fired, Melissa stormed out of the boardroom and went nuts! She started yelling at the producers telling them to give her her stuff! She kept saying; "you're not getting an interview, I'm not coming back up". It was a big mess. Joan got her things together and walked out. It was all out chaos. I guess we'll see what happens next week!

The Amazing Race 14 Ep 10 4/26/09
I might as well just cut to the chase on this one... The lead fluctuated for the majority of the episode. This week's road block was a killer! The racers had a choice between swimming 400 meters (relay style) or completing a synchronized dive. The problem with the challenge was that Jen, Kisha, and Tammy can barely swim, especially Jen. Jaime & Cara and Margie & Luke chose the swimming challenge. Both teams completed it fairly quickly, although it looked painful. Tammy & Victor chose the diving challenge. They tried it several times before realizing that they were never going to get it, so they finally switched to the swimming challenge. Jen & Kisha also tried the diving challenge, but Jen was terrified of the height of the diving board and the WATER. They also switched to the swimming challenge (on two different occasions). The episode ended with Jaime & Cara arriving at the pit stop thinking that they were in 1st place, only to find out that they needed to continue on to the next leg of the race. Jen & Kisha really caught a break! I was hoping to see them go this week. They keep getting ruder and ruder.

Making the Band 4/23/09
Poor Day 26... this episode was supposed to be about them and their album, but all everyone cared about was Danity Kane. The only thing that triggered me during the Day 26 portion of the show was that Que laughed at the "fighting clips" that they showed which I felt was clearly inappropriate. Acting that way isn't "funny" at all. He should be ashamed of his behavior. Also, I didn't understand why Robert had on leather capri's and why Willie (who I love) had a plastic hat sitting on top of his head???!!!I also felt bad for Donnie because he continued to get overshadowed by both groups. He really seems like a nice, hardworking kid and I honestly hope that his next album does better. I was glad to hear him speak up and say that he didn't get enough screen time because of all of Que's drama. Good for him! Way to speak up, Donnie! I hope you get your spin-off show!
Danity Kane
Where do I start? First of all, I was shocked that D Woods and Aubrey came back. Boy, I would've loved to be a fly on the wall backstage!!!! I found it to be hilarious that Aundrea was MIA. She's one of the main reasons why everything fell apart! Sending emails... lol... I guess she won't do that anymore! It's also funny that her "friend" Dawn didn't have anything to say about her not being there. I wonder if they're still friends? Especially after Aundrea got a chance to see Dawn move on so quickly after Puff let her go: photo shoots, interviews, solo deal, member of another one of Puff's groups, etc... Didn't take long for her to get all of that together LOL. Aundrea: you got played. You got fired and Dawn got hired. Dawn did a great job pretending to care, though... I gotta give it to her! She really acted like she was DK for life, but she sure did jump on that solo deal! Oh yeah, and she'll be touring with Puff.... have fun not making money, Dawn. While the others (well at least D Woods and Aubrey) are getting that paper since they've been "released", you'll be starving with no $ cause as we all know, Puff don't pay!
I found it interesting that when DK first came out, Dawn was sitting in the middle of Aubrey and D Woods, then after the commercial break, she moved to the end of the couch.... I guess she just couldn't stand sitting by them. She literally moved to the EDGE of the couch like she was disgusted by them.
I found it interesting to hear D Woods say that the group was never really on the same page and that there were ego/personality issues from the beginning. She kept it real... Then, you have Dawn screaming: people had their own agendas... yes, Dawn, we know: you're the only person who loved DK, you never missed a show, you were at every rehearsal, blah blah blah. Sorry that other people received opportunities and you received 0 offers. But as we can see, now- if you would've received offers, you would've jumped all over them because you LOVE the attention! You wanted to be the star, you wanted to be in charge, etc. Well, you got it! You're free of DK. Now you're gonna be broke with Puff ALL BY YOURSELF (oh yeah, and baby Que). Have fun!!!
Shannon seems to have really moved on. I was surprised to hear her say that she wouldn't consider getting back together with DK right now. Interesting. I feel bad for her because she was an innocent casualty. BUT, she looks amazing!!!! Go, Shannon- love your hair!
I couldn't be happier for D Woods- I hope she can get a deal. Same for Aubrey- do your Broadway thing- I ain't mad. Get that money. It was crazy to hear Puff say that he wants "his cut" off of her reality show. He sounded pretty serious, too. It was also funny to hear Sway say: I wanna host your finale. Very funny. Knowing Puff, he'll collect $ off of her show due to some kinda "clause" in her contract. Who knows! Deep down in his heart, he knows that Aubrey was the "money maker" of the group.
All I can say is even through the hate from Dawn and members of Day 26, Aubrey still gets mad love from the fans. And I also loved how she called Que her #1 fan. Love it- so true. She's gone, but they talked about her like she was still on the show... She got more airtime than Mike LOL!
Oh yeah, is "Dirty Money" or "Dirty Laundry" or whatever the group Dawn's in, a grimy hip hop group or grimy rock group? Cause I couldn't tell if she was trying to "look the part" at the finale... she looked like she was wearing her "Dirty Laundry" LOL.

America's Next Top Model Cycle 12 4/22/09
The models arrived in Brazil and they immediately had a challenge. The challenge was sort of a scavenger hunt and Fo & Natalie won. The 1st photo challenge was a martial arts challenge and Fo won. The next photo challenge was a "Carmen" challenge in an inner city neighborhood. Allison won that challenge. Because Natalie did poorly in both challenges, she was sent home. It came down to her and Amina. Hopefully, Amina will be sent home next week. Her voice is getting more and more annoying each week.

Real Housewives of New York Season 2 Ep 10
This was the Halloween episode. The ladies went to a pet Halloween party. Bethenny was roller girl, Ramona was Peter Pan, and Jill was Elle from Legally Blonde. Kelly did a head shot/Halloween party invitation photo shoot. Bethenny met with Alex to discuss her logo and her new cocktail line. All of the ladies (with the exception of Ramona) went to Kelly's Halloween party, but Kelly wasn't there. The ladies were upset, so they left. Kelly finally showed up extremely late and it appeared like she didn't know anyone at her own party. What was so strange about the situation was: if she's such a big celebrity, where were the stars, why didn't we see any of her "other" friends at the party.... strange....
