There were a lot of ups and downs on this episode. If I had to sum it up, I'd say that this episode was primarily about the "secret alliance" between Taj, Stephan, Brendan, and Sierra. Taj and Stephan found the hidden immunity idol and Taj (like an idiot) gave it to Stephan to "hide" in his pocket...The Jalapao tribe won the reward challenge and they selected Brendan to go back to Exile Island...again. Brendan selected Stephan to join him and eyebrows began to raise because his tribe felt like that was a strange choice. Stephan appeared to be on-board with the secret alliance when he was speaking with Brendan, but he sent off a different message in his confessionals. He basically said that he's going to keep the idol and that he'll use the secret alliance if "he needs to".
Meanwhile, the Jalapao tribe went off to their reward challenge and Taj started to get on her tribemate's nerves. I'm not sure that she understands the game... you have to lay low- especially when you've been out on exile island for the majority of the game and you haven't had a chance to bond with your team.
At the immunity challenge, Jalapao lost once again after a remarkable effort and display of athleticism from JT (I felt bad for him). When they got back to camp, JT went on a rampage about how horrible Spencer performed. Taj went on a rampage about.... ummm... I still haven't figured it out. She was just mad for absolutely no reason... She put a very large X on her back. When they went to tribal council, I really didn't know who would get voted off. It was between Spencer and Taj. I figured that it would be Spencer, but because Taj had a complete blow-up for no reason, coupled with a bad attitude, I wasn't sure. In the end, Spencer was sent home. I'm not sure if it was much of a loss for the team.
